Applying for a scholarship through ROTC does not affect your application for admission to Binghamton University. The application for an ROTC scholarship is completed by filling out an online application and sending ROTC the necessary support materials. Students who don’t receive scholarships for their freshman year may still take ROTC classes during their first year and then apply for an in-college scholarship in their sophomore year.
