Sheffield is in close proximity to Manchester Airport, East Midlands Airport and Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport. From Manchester we are a one hour 20 minute direct train ride away or an hour and a half by taxi. From Doncaster Airport we are approximately 30 minutes by taxi. Doncaster Rail Station is the closest station to Robin Hood Airport, situated just seven miles away. The dedicated 707 shuttle bus service combined with local services link the Airport to Doncaster Rail Station every 30 minutes. Doncaster Rail station is about 30 minutes train journey from Sheffield. Trains from East Midlands Airport take around one hour 30 minutes, changing at Derby or Nottingham, while taxis take around an hour. If you are flying into London, the best way from London to Sheffield is via train. There are regular shuttle buses and train services to London from all the major London airports and there are direct trains from London St Pancras to Sheffield every half an hour throughout the day.
