Im using frames and added the correct target frame names, but when I click on a button a new window opens up instead?
First of all check if the target framename is indeed correct. Then check if the targeted html pages are named correctly, in particular the .htm or .html. extensions. If both are done correctly upload all the files to your website, as it might be your browser opening by default a new window when viewing pages offline, as soon you put them online all will work correctly.
