I’m wondering if the GAPS diet is suitable for a person with cerebral palsy. Will it benefit them or help with minor seizures and brain confusion, depression and mood swings?

Yes, it can be useful for cerebral palsy. Of course the condition is not going to disappear, but the person will be healthier physically and easier to look after. The seizure frequency may go down and the mood become more stable.
