Sea sickness is NOT something which only affects novices. Even round the world sailors can get sea sick BUT it is almost predominately due to the conditions. Summer sailing in the Med is very calm and it is rare to encounter the conditions which set off sea sickness (excessive motion/rolling). If you suffer from car sickness, we recommend a few sea sickness pills in the morning just in case.
