The developers have graded and graveled Kast drive and plan to continue working on it until it is suitable for use. Many trees have been removed in order for Kast drive to conform to the original plat specifications. Outlot B will be landscaped, dead and diseased trees will be removed and buckthorn will be destroyed along with other noxious weeds. The shoreline will also be cleaned up. Several patio areas will be constructed along with walking paths between the patio areas. At least two stairways will be constructed. A rustic walking path on the south side of lot 4 will be constructed to allow access to Outlot B from the cul-de-sac area. A common driveway will be provided for access to lots 8 & 9 from County 28.
