In the staffing for each option, do the library paraprofessional hours increase as the student enrollment increases?

In the staffing the hours for the library paraprofessionals do not increase. There are currently elementary schools with enrollments of 400 with the same number of hours as schools with enrollments less than 200 students. In the modeling, it was determined that the hours would remain the same.
