Is a Deposit Needed Once the Request for Services has Been Approved?
A deposit is sometimes required depending on the types of services requested and fee involved. Generally a deposit is required for all retainer fees, however, clients renewing their annual retainer for a second year will receive 25% off the cost. Deposits are invoiced and must be received within fourteen (14) days. If services are cancelled within 30 days a portion of all deposits is not refundable. This non-refundable portion depends on the amount of the deposit. If services are cancelled after 30 days, then there is no refund on deposits.
