Is a Treadmill a good way to lose weight?
If you go into your treadmill workout in the right condition and eat a clean diet, the treadmill can work wonders. Some tips: 1) Go into your treadmill workout in a fasted state (no calories 3-4 hours before the workout) 2) Do intervals on the treadmill at high intensity for 15-20 minutes followed by 15-20 minutes of lower level “steady state” cardio (this is a good way to burn stubborn body fat). 3) Wait one hour after the session to eat again (this will maximize your body’s release of its ntural fat burning hormone, HGH). I teach people to get very lean using the treadmill and I use it myself as a way to systematically burn of body fat. It works extremely well.
