Is Amber developmentally delayed?
Yes, she is a little behind in reaching some of her developmental milestones due to lack of vision. For example because she can’t see as well as others her age she is not as good at reaching out and grasping objects. However albinism does not affect a person’s intelligence. So most likely while she is behind on some developmental milestones than others her age are at she is also working really hard and getting ahead in other areas such as those where she uses her hearing.
