It does not automatically make the contract invalid just because you signed it when you were a minor. However, you can rescind the contract in a reasonable amount of time after you turn 18. If you don’t rescind in a reasonable amount of time, then it is construed by the courts as you recognizing the contract as an adult and therefore a legally enforceable contract. Also, since the content of the contract has to do with grade disclosure, it would be fraud for you to hide your bad grade from future schools. You should just take more classes and boost your new grades. If the bad grade was given to you when you were 15, colleges take that into an account. It’s better to be honest, than to try and hide it and them believing you’re dishonest. Also, once the grades have been disclosed, people know them and have access to them so there isn’t anything a court could do except stop them from continuing to disclose the grades.
