FCC license is required for all GMS Transmitters except the low power units that fall under FCC part 15, ISM bands (Industrial Scientific Medical). Are GMS products FCC, CE or NTIA approved? Yes, many of GMS Transmitters are FCC type accepted for part 74, 90, 15 and have CE and NTIA certificates.
