Is anyone here on the Perricone 3 day Diet ?

His reasons include coenzyme Q-10, which is a powerful antioxidant, and dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE). Well the salmon contains these things and it also contains astaxanthin which apparently he has not yet caught up with.
