Is Aspire UI an Actionscript 3.0 (AS3) port of the old GhostWire UI Components?

Aspire UI is completely rewritten in Actionscript 3.0 from the ground up and supports new features such as automatic tab focus ordering, CSS text styles, layout management, and easy skinning using external PNG bitmap files. During development, inspirations were drawn from various frameworks especially Python GTK+ and Java SWING (but Aspire UI is not a port of any existing framework).
