Is Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone water soluble?
I highly doubt it. It may be slightly soluble (amino groups help, and it IS indeed somehow in an aqueous solution of hair conditioner), but remember hair conditioners universally use fatty and nonpolar substances, and dimethicones (whether bis-aminopropyl or not) tend to be nonpolar and NOT water soluble. Also, you’re comparing shampoo (sulfates) with conditioner (silicates). Not sure what you’re trying to do…
