Is bleaching harmful /Painful?
Bleaching can be harmful depending on the frequency and strength of whitening that is used. You might especially experience sensitivity to hot and cold foods/beverages. Bleaching in moderation and minimizing consumption of coffee, teas, soda, marinara, and other discoloring foods/beverages can help to keep your natural light hue. It is also important to brush regularly after every meal.
