Is Brixton in the London Congestion charge zone?
No, Brixton is well outside of the Congestion Charge Zone – just as well – we don’t want another Brixton Uprising, not yet anyway. See charge zone map below http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/roadusers/cong… If you are going to Brixton during the time the charge zone is operating, please do try and drive right around it, otherwise you will be subject to the charge, not just for parking there, but for driving in it, even for a couple of yards. They’ve got spy-cams everywhere and also mobile spy-cams.
