Absolutely. CalTrace menus and screens can be tailored (or completely removed) based on user security groups. This means that one group of lab staff (such as administrative staff) can have access to all customer service functions; while another group (such as shipping/receiving clerks) can access only limited information. The system can be configured to meet any of your needs.
