It all depends on your ColdFusion background. The framework was designed to help developers code in a more organized way, create several aspects of a program and overall empowerment of the developer. You will find that you can dig right in to the framework and start coding. You do not have to learn an XML dialect or logic, you will learn how to configure an application and then it is just a matter of creating coldfusion code.
