Is colombia a very dangerous country?
Colombia’s a gorgeous country and I’ve lived here for the past two years. I’ve learned about and enjoyed the culture, food, people… and I’ve visited quite a lot of the country. I still need to go to the coffee region though. 😛 Using your common sense is what keeps you safe here, and the cities have improved on their security over the years. It is and has got better. It has grown safer that its capital is even a top tourist spot. http://colombiareports.com/travel-in-col… There is so many things to see and do here and before I got here I heard a lot of nasty stuff too. As long as your not stupid, you’ll be fine. In Bogota, you need to be cautious like any other big city. Colombia’s not bad or too dangerous. It has just earned a reputation that it hasn’t been able to shake off yet. I truly recommend for you to visit Colombia.
