Is comcast a good company to work for?
Yes very! Comcast is a growing company! Its been very succesful in the past years. They have a great 401k plan. Benefits are awesome. And not 2 expensive which they take out of you check every month. You also will have free cable,(platnuim by the way) chsi,(comcast high speed internet) and half of on cdv,(comcast digi voice)! You will love it. Some calls can be a drag and you will have irate customers but if you handle your calls right and in a timely fashion you should have no problems. Now one thing to keep in mind, “Dont be late” unless you really need to and make sure you call first and let your lead or sup know.You will have paid vactions also double pay in a half. Long as your willing to learn how to t.roubleshoot and explain a bill your already in the door and to a road of sucess with the company.
