Is eating ONLY APPLES everyday gonna help lose weight?
It sounds like you have an event or something you are loosing weight for.Yes. You will lose weight but you will not keep it off. You will need to have a balanced diet and if you don’t do this, your body will do this for you in terms of cravings. Your body will also let you know it is not happy by the sickly way you will feel, either physically or mentally. I do admire that you were able to loose 5 pounds in 2 wks by eating right and exercising…this is not easy. I suggest you continue to do so, not for just another few weeks but for the rest of your life..then you will never feel the pressure to loose weight immediately for any reason…it took a long time for the weight to get there so it will not just leave just like that.If anything you should be advising others on how they can be as successful as you in loosing the weight.
