Is fremont school district considering redrawing physical boundaries to resolve the overcrowding?

I’m considering a SFH in KB Homes in warmsprings area, and kind of liked a property there. But I heard someone say that Fremont School District is considering redrawing physical boundaries. To be specific, I heard this KB property might be redrawn (or rezoned) in to Milpitas. Any future plans of this occurring is a deal breaker for me, and was wondering would there by any physical boundary redrawings. I’m already aware that Leitch elementary is lottery based, and my child may not get in there.
