Is gel cleanser jus 4 oily skin or cn it b used on dry skin 2?
The best type of cleanser for all skin types is a cream cleanser. For oily or combination skin a water based cream cleanser is best, and for dry or normal skin, a cream cleanser that has water and/or oil will work. Foaming cleansers are not good for the skin since they leave a thin film of soap on the skin hence making the skin dry. So to answer your question a gel cleanser will likely fall in the “Foaming cleanser” category.
