Homeopathy is not FDA approved because approval is solely reserved for “new drugs.” Since homeopathy is well over 200 years old, and has an overwhelming safety record, it is exempt from filling “new drug” applications. This means that homeopathics can not and are not FDA approved. All VÄXA Homeopathic ingredients are compliant with both the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS) and current FDA regulations.
