No. The agent makes an attempt to send something to the server every 60 seconds. This 60 second period is fixed and not configurable. If there are no metrics to be sent, it simply waits another 60 seconds. When one or more metrics have been collected within that 60 second time period, the agent sends the data to the server. Depending on how often you are collecting metrics, its possible that every 60 seconds something is getting sent to the server. Its conceivable that if you configure all your collection intervals to 10 minutes that you won’t be sending data every 60 seconds. But by default, with all the metrics being collected at all their default (but different) intervals, the agent will be sending information to the server every 60 seconds.
