Is it normal to NOT have felt my baby kick at 17 weeks?

I haven’t felt my baby move yet either. I went to my ultrasound last wed though, and I actually thought I was only 18 and half weeks along, but baby is measuring 19 and a half weeks. She is also settled towards my back and is very active. I am just now starting to experience some back pain. The tech told me that it’s normal not to feel the baby until about 22 weeks, as this is my first. I hope I start to feel her move soon though!
