Is it ok to combine grounding with medication / alternative medicine / complementary therapies?

Grounding isn’t anything mystical.  It’s getting in touch with the Earth beneath your feet and the Universe above you… allowing the Universal lifeforce (Chi or Qi) to flow through you. You needn’t take off your shoes and run your toes through the mud, you don’t have to remove your hat or heavy coat.  After all, the shoes, the coat, the ceiling above you and the distant stars– and you also– are all composed of energy (chi).  Therefore, chi will not harm you.

A. Grounding is as natural as walking barefoot on the Earth, but of course we would always advise that you consult a medical doctor. If you are taking blood thinning medication, then be aware that grounding can also reduce blood viscosity.

What is your question?
