Is it possible for brown trout to cross with rainbows?
I live in the northeast and there is a crossbreed of the brown trout but it’s not ( that I’m aware of ) with the rainbow, it’s with the brook trout. From what I understand they breed a female brown trout with a male brook trout and you get what their calling a “Tiger trout ” a most beautiful fish, I’m not even sure if they’re doing this anywhere else as I only fish in Maine and New Hampshire and they’re plentiful here. If you have not yet heard of these fish look them up online because they are absolutely beautiful fish and nothing but a pleasure to catch. Good luck and stay safe bro.
