Is it possible to change the red/blue circles for completed trades on the chart window to a smaller size?

Yes. On the Chart Settings icon (or by choosing ‘Settings’ -> ‘Chart Settings’) go to the general tab and then use the Buy/Sell Bubbles size sliding bar in order to modify the bubbles appropriately.
