Is it possible to choose in the Sims 2 whether your Sims have a baby boy or baby girl?
For pc (Using no cheats): You can’t choose the gender without cheats. What you can do is to save your game before the birth, let your sim have the baby, then exit to the neighborhood without saving and re enter your sims’ lot to repeat the birth process. Do that until you get the gender that you want (it only takes a few times of repeating the process, if not one).
