I did not gather whether or not you have the actual product key. If you do not still have the product key, you can recover it by running the Magic Jelly Bean Keyfinder on a computer that has your office product installed and activated (you mentioned it had been used on multiple machines, hopefully you still have access to one of them). You can get the keyfinder here: http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinde… If you do have the product key, just re-install and activate, if it does not let you activate, all you have to do is call the number provided in the activation utility (choose activate by telephone option) and a Microsoft rep will perform a manual activation for you. You can also run the keyfinder on your old hard drive if it is still functional.
