Is it possible to remove scratches from sunglasses?
If your sunglasses have glass lenses then the answer is most definitely yes. Forget about expensive proprietary products. By far the most effective method is to use a good metal polish like “Brasso”. It does take quite a long time to polish scratches out of glass, but it is well worth the effort, especially if they are particularly expensive glasses, or even just a bit special to you. It is equally effective at removing scratches from watch glasses. If ,however they are plastic lenses then I’m afraid there’s very little you can do. Whatever you do, don’t use metal polish on plastic lenses. It will permanently ruin them. Good luck !
