The Ronald Reagan Legacy Project certainly hopes so. Founded in 1997, the group has had considerable success in naming all manner of buildings, airports, ships, and streets after the former president. Headed by Grover Norquist, its board includes Dick Armey, John Ashcroft, and Karl Rove. Initial stir about the $10 bill began a few years before Reagan’s death.
