Is it worth buying in Ram nagar south, Madipakkam,chennai.?
In Chennai it rains July end-mid august and October end – mid November. Last year rains made water logging throughout the city, the worst effected areas are Madipakkam, pallikarnai, sozhiganallur, ambattur, avadi etc. There are some news paper reports that the ground water is salty and people used to go for metro water.However, Southern and western part of Chennai are developing and expanding drastically and in the infrastructure front it is improving day by day by new urban infrastructure development projects. Apart from infrastructure research most importantly before venturing into the property get the legal opinion about the clear and marketable title of the property also.
