Yes. Graduation is held once a year. We have chosen the annual TMCCP Election Law Seminar as the location of the graduation ceremony. The annual TMCCP Election Law Seminar is always scheduled for the month of January. (Regardless of whether or not a graduating enrollee attends the ceremony, she will still earn her Texas Registered Municipal Clerk Certification [TRMC] and receive her diploma.
