LifelineOnline is available to postal members for the four weeks of membership. The password is given to you on your four support calls. After the four weeks Syn values are available by calling our Syns Enquiry Hotline on 09068 518 518. This line is open Monday to Friday 9.00am-7.00pm and calls are charged at 60p per minute. Syn values are also available in our Food Directory which can be purchased by calling our Credit card hotline 0844 892 0404 Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
