Is Lou Barletta in favor of privatizing Social Security?
It’s hard to say. Barletta has flip-flopped on the issue already and it’s difficult to say where he now stands. He says he is not in favor of privatization and that he never was. However, the last time he ran for Congress, Barletta was a strong supporter of privatization. And history has taught us that a person who has flopped on issues before will probably do it again.
