Is MAC Make-Up Really That Good?
MAC makeup is orgasmic. It’s absolutely lovely and well worth the money. I only buy the eyeshadows, lipsticks and polish though. I have never used the foundations or powders. The staff are super-helpful and really know what they are talking about. And yes, they are pros with the smokey look. EDIT: In response to your new questions… Smells like candy? Not really. It doesn’t smell bad or chemical-ish. But I wouldn’t say it’s candy-smelling. The gloss called “Lipglass” is annoyingly sticky, to the point where your hair, dust particles, small bugs, etc. will get trapped on your mouth. I can’t use it. It’s more for costume/clubbing. Just get a lipstick in a color you like, and use another brand of gloss over top. Brushes – very very expensive and are sold individually. Not necessarily better quality than other brands. Your best bet is to buy a set off eBay. The makeup quality is important, the brush quality is second.
