Is more applied torque required with Spiralock?

Generally, if your goal is to achieve the same amount of tension in the bolt with Spiralock as you previously developed with standard threads, then more torque may be required when using Spiralock. In most cases, however, the same amount of torque applied to Spiralock as to standard threads will result in better holding power.
