Is my Harman Kardon® AVR model capable of processing both audio and video through the HDMI™ inputs?
No. The AVR 146, AVR 147, AVR 154 and AVR 245 are all HDMI switchers. They can pass both audio and video signals through to other devices, such as the TV. However, these AVRs cannot process the signals, which means you need to make a separate analog and/or digital audio connection from each source to the AVR.
