Is natural sugar from sugarcane sticks unhealthy?
Unrefined cane sugar (sticks) is better then refined white sugar as it does not contain all the regular chemicals that are used in sugar processing. Sugarcane sticks have a juice that is present when eating which contain a range of ‘living’ antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fibre which are all good for you. It is a healthier alternative sweetener to refined sugar.
