Is Olbermanns snide act on MSNBC the future of TV news?
This is ironic given that Olbermann is doing about a tenth as much politicizing as Fox and right wing talk radio have done for years. I would prefer straight news and separate shows on opinion, but since the networks can’t seem to tell the difference between Britney Spears and the runaway bride on one hand, and stories that actually affect our safety and ability to earn a living on the other, we at least need someone to the left on TV to counterbalance all the right wing talking heads. And unlike Fox and talk radio, Olbermann actually gets a fair amount of real news in.
