Is One Square Meal a low fat product?
One Square Meal is not low fat, its not high fat, it’s the right amount of fat – the amount of fat the experts say we should have. We have designed One Square Meal to deliver one third of the RDI for total fat and saturated fat. Although there is no specific RDI for polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, the levels of these fats and also saturated and total fats, meet the proportions we should have in our diet as recommended by the New Zealand Nutrition Taskforce.
