Is oxygen based cleanser habit forming?
The bowel will not become dependent on oxygen based cleanser unless you have had previous bowel surgery, bowel muscle dysfunction or permanently damaged bowels resulting from Hirschsprung’s disease. With Hirschsprung’s desease, the nerves going to the bowel have been permanently damaged or destroyed. It is a very common disease affecting millions of people, however conventional doctors do not diagnose it. It is our belief that chronic constipation, stress, depression, lack of exercise and a poor diet can cause permanent damage to nerves in the bowel, although there is no current scientific evidence to support our theory. In some cases, it might seem oxygen based cleanser is habit forming but we believe this is because the individual already has a pre-existing, undiagnosed bowel dysfunction.
