One certified personal trainer related this story to us: I am from the school of thought that a typical non-obese person cannot healthily lose more than two pounds of body fat per week. Therefore, it is my opinion that quickly losing body fat is dangerous. Keeping your body in shape is not a fad, and there honestly isn’t an “easy button” to getting in shape and staying healthy. It really requires a lifestyle change, positive thinking that you are going to be in the body type that you want, dedication to a dietitians prescribed diet, and hours of sweat and hard work.
