Is racing around parking lots or empty open spaces considered street racing? Is doing this illegal too?

If you’re in a parking lot and you’re racing another car you will get pinned for a bunch of stuff. If you’re alone and you are just driving around in a parking lot accelerating and stuff, you’ll most likely just get a wreckless driving ticket. Anytime you are racing another car, it doesn’t matter where you are (other than a track) it is illegal.
