If the hazard analysis reveals that there is a food safety hazard reasonably likely to occur, the hazard must be controlled with a CCP. Reprocessing should be taken into consideration during the hazard analysis. Fecal contamination is reasonably likely to occur and must be addressed by the establishment s HACCP plan.
