Is Rosemont part of the Salisbury Homeowners Association?
Rosemont is not part of the Salisbury Homeowner’s Association. Rosemont has it’s own homeowner’s association, which is a mandatory association without disclosure statements for new home buyers. However, 13 homes at the entrance to Rosemont are part of both Salisbury and Rosemont due to initial development of those homes by Salisbury Corporation prior to Rosemont’s establishment.
