Is Segway legally allowed for tourism in Thailand, especially in Bangkok?

Well-organized Segway tours are legally allowed on designated Bangkok streets and pathways. However, we strongly stress that it is the Segway rider’s responsibility to respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes, cars, other vehicles for a safe enjoyable ride. We are the first and only Segway Authorized Tour Operator in Thailand, and have been registered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) with TAT Travel Agent License No. 11/5450.
